Less snacking will lead to you eating better and more nutritious meals and providing you and your baby with the sufficient energy throughout the day.Remember you are caring for two now and some diets are inappropriate for a growing baby.you may feel unattractive during and after your pregnancy because of the weight that you have gained during your pregnancy but this is the time to provide a nutritious meal to your baby and weight related issues can be sorted out later.there are many ways to loose weight after pregnancy. You can feel good during your pregnancy, have a beautiful healthy baby and still get back into your pre-pregnancy shape afterwards.
