Pregnancy is the most awaited time in the life of every women and weight gain during pregnancy is perfectly normal, healthy and to be expected.Pregnancy can be very tiring and now you have to worry about your weight too.Weight gain during the first trimester of pregnancy is not normally that much. Most women need to gain only a few pounds in the first few months of pregnancy if you start out at a healthy weight.Weight gain during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy will be more steady, often around 3 to 4 pounds a month until delivery.most important thing for many women who are trying to control their excess weight gain during their pregnancy is finding a way to control their cravings. it will have many positive benefits besides limiting weight gain. Less snacking will lead to you eating better and more nutritious meals and providing you and your baby with the sufficient energy throughout the day.Remember you are caring for two now and some diets are inappropriate for a growing baby.you may feel unattractive during and after your pregnancy because of the weight that you have gained during your pregnancy but this is the time to provide a nutritious meal to your baby and weight related issues can be sorted out later.there are many ways to loose weight after pregnancy.You can feel good during your pregnancy, have a beautiful healthy baby and still get back into your pre-pregnancy shape afterwards.
